Job Description
Who you are:
Supervise, mentor, and coach E&I technicians, assigning daily work tasks, managing shift schedules, and conducting performance evaluations. Identify training needs for the E&I team and coordinate necessary training to enhance technical capabilities.
Provide expert-level technical guidance and hands-on assistance to technicians for complex troubleshooting and repair of automation systems, PLCs, motor controls, and process instrumentation
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
