Job Description
Who you are:
Use master calibrators to regularly calibrate pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters to ensure measurement accuracy. Determine whether the issue is with the field instrument, the cabling, or the I/O card in order to diagnose and resolve issues with 4–20 mA control loops. Fix and maintain lighting systems, motors, switchgear, and VFDs to ensure that all electrical assets are in top working order. Positioners, actuators, and pneumatic and motorized control valves should all be replaced and adjusted. Assist with the installation and wiring of PLC and DCS panels. Read and understand complex P&IDs and electrical SLDs in
order to recognize and resolve problems. Adhere to strict Lockout-Tagout protocols and hazardous area classifications when working in poisonous or explosive environments.
