Job Description:
The physical verification, testing, and validation of raw materials, components, and completed goods fall within the purview of the Quality Control (QC) Engineer. Your main concern is the product, in contrast to the Quality Engineer, who concentrates on the process. You make sure that every item that leaves the plant satisfies the client's technical requirements and safety regulations. The ideal applicant has a keen eye for detail, is proficient with precise measurement tools, and can decipher intricate
engineering drawings. Whether a product is "Accepted" or "Rejected" on the shop floor will ultimately be up to you.
Key Skills:
Expert-level comprehension of 2D and 3D engineering drawings, including intricate GD&T symbols, is known as technical blueprint reading.
Instrument Proficiency: Experience using both digital and measurements by hand devices.
Focus on Detail: The capacity to identify minute surface flaws or dimensional variations.
Basic statistical knowledge includes knowing how to calculate range, mean, and standard deviation for batch reporting.
