Job Description:
Within the production facility, the Quality Engineer is the principal architect of process reliability and product excellence. It is your responsibility to make sure that every unit that leaves the production line satisfies customer needs, internal standards, and legal obligations. As the "Technical Judge," you serve as a liaison between the end user, engineering, and production. A data-driven problem solver who employs statistical methods to find flaws, underlying causes, and chances for ongoing progress is the ideal candidate. You create systems that
stop errors from occurring in the first place rather than merely identifying them.
Key Skills:
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing procedures (GD&T).
Statistical Mastery: The ability to analyze data and test hypotheses using Minitab or a comparable program.
Auditing Proficiency: It is highly desirable to have a Certified Internal Auditor for applicable ISO/IATF standards.
Understanding the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process is essential for solving problems.
Attention to Detail: A strict eye for aesthetic standards and dimensional precision.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
