In order to guarantee the continuous functioning, dependability, and safety of all plant assets, the E&I Supervisor is in charge of overseeing the electrical and instrumentation department. This position entails organizing and managing the installation, calibration, and upkeep of intricate process control equipment and electrical power distribution systems. You will oversee a group of technicians to carry out both preventive and breakdown maintenance, bridging the gap between engineering and the shop floor. A technical leader
who makes sure the facility's "power" and "intelligence" systems—from delicate PLC sensors to high-voltage transformers—operate in perfect harmony is the ideal choice.
Key Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Excellent comprehension of electrical schematics, loop drawings, and P&IDs.
Instrumentation Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Fieldbus, the HART protocol, and other sensor technologies.
Leadership: The capacity to oversee team technical training, contractor safety, and shift rotations.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of basic PLC programming software and CMMS (such as SAP-PM).
Experience: 3+ yrs
