Job Description
Who you are:
Follow the manager's daily production plan, making ensuring the shift achieves the desired output (Quantity) within the allotted time. Manage attendance, leaves, and shift handovers. Assign operators and assistants to different workstations according to skill levels. Keep an eye on the production process to make sure that technical specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed. To reduce rejection rates and guarantee adherence to ISO/Quality standards, do routine spot checks on work-in-progress and completed goods. To minimize machine downtime, carry out basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance staff for any mechanical
or electrical malfunctions. Make that all employees wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and uphold the 5S principles (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) by keeping a tidy, orderly worksite.
