Job Description
Who you are:
Oversee the submission of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation for new or modified goods and take the lead in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. Use Fishbone, 8D, and 5-Why approaches to help cross-functional teams address quality problems and stop them from happening again. Adhere to standards while maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System. To proactively identify and reduce risks, create and update Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) papers. Work with the procurement team to monitor Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR), audit suppliers,
and set quality standards. To guarantee that all measurement tools and techniques yield correct and dependable data, do gauge R&R studies.
