Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution: Follow the plant manager's daily production plan, making sure that all available resources—including labor, equipment, and supplies—are used to achieve hourly and shift goals.
Manpower management includes assigning jobs to operators according to their skill levels, keeping track of attendance, and resolving any disagreements or personnel concerns that may come up during the shift.
Quality Assurance: Keep an eye on manufacturing quality in real time and make sure that non-conforming products are quickly recognized and placed in quarantine to save waste.
Shift Handover Management: Make sure the new shift supervisor receives a thorough and expert handover that includes
information on goals met, unfinished business, and any equipment problems.
Continuous Improvement: To keep a clean, well-organized, and productive production environment, implement Kaizen efforts and 5S workplace structure.
Experience: 3+ yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
