Desired Outcomes:
During your shift, you will be in charge of the whole supervision and management of all employees, equipment, and procedures. Your proficiency in machine utilisation (OEE), workforce
planning, and resolving urgent operational problems (mechanical, electrical, and process) will be essential. Strict adherence to safety procedures will be ensured, production data and reporting will be managed, quality checks will be carried out, and the operators and technicians under your direction will receive direct training and supervision. Employee morale, daily production, and quality consistency will all be directly impacted by your leadership.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
