Material Preparation: To guarantee that surfaces are free of impurities that result in weld porosity, clean and prepare workpieces using grinders and chemical cleaners.
Heat management: To avoid "burn-through" or distortion, particularly on thin-gauge materials, regulate the weld puddle and heat input using foot pedals or hand controls.
Blueprint Interpretation: To guarantee that parts are assembled to precise specifications, read and adhere to intricate engineering drawings and welding symbols.
Equipment Calibration: Choose the right kind of tungsten electrode,
sharpen the tip especially for the task, and adjust the amperage and gas flow rates.
Testing: To guarantee zero-defect outcomes, conduct visual inspections and support NDT procedures like dye penetrant or X-ray testing.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
