The daily operations of your designated shift will fall under your purview, which includes managing production schedules,
delegating duties, and keeping an eye on output. The key to success will be your capacity to resolve operational problems, implement safety procedures, and guide and inspire your group. Through performance data analysis and solution implementation to increase quality and productivity, you will directly support our continuous improvement objectives.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
