Job Description
A highly driven and results-driven Paintshop Production Engineer is needed to join our team. You will be essential to increasing paint shop productivity, guaranteeing product quality, and enhancing efficiency as a Paintshop Production Engineer.
Requirements:
Examine and enhance current paint shop procedures to boost productivity, cut expenses, and enhance paint quality.
Optimise your paint application methods, including drying durations, spray patterns, and gun settings.
Use lean manufacturing techniques to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Diagnose and fix issues with paint equipment, such as ovens, spray guns, and other paint application systems.
Ensure that paint equipment is maintained
and calibrated.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of paint shop operations, including paint application techniques, surface preparation, and paint chemistry.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems related to paint application equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve paint-related issues
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports on paint shop performance
