With the help of sophisticated computer numerical control (CNC) technology and data monitoring, the machining industry is quickly moving towards completely automated, high-precision manufacturing cells. In order to achieve tight tolerance production, the future requires CNC operators who are not only machine loaders but also proficient technicians who can handle complex setup, monitor multi-axis machines, decipher G-code, and proactively ensure dimensional consistency. Our goal is to become a leader in automated precision, high-speed, zero-defect machining.
What you will do:
loading CNC programs (G-code
and M-code), installing work-holding devices, modifying offsets, and loading tools to set up machines.
loading and unloading completed components and raw materials while making sure they are properly aligned and clamped.
Making the required little modifications while keeping an eye on the machining process to spot malfunctions, tool wear, or software problems.
use precision measuring tools (such as gauges, callipers, and micrometres) to conduct in-process quality checks to ensure components adhere to predetermined dimensional tolerances.
Keeping the workspace tidy and secure and giving the machine regular preventive maintenance checks
