Job Description
Who you are:
Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create and oversee the schedules for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM). Take the lead in troubleshooting important equipment malfunctions and carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to put long-term fixes in place. Manage the upkeep and operation of plant utilities, such as water treatment facilities, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and DG sets. Promote the application of TPM pillars to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and include operators in independent maintenance. Keep an eye on the important spare parts inventory, making sure that high-lead-time products
are stocked while maximizing the maintenance budget. Oversee outside contractors and service providers for equipment installations, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and specialized repairs.
