Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts to meet production targets and quality standards.
Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure adherence
to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
What you need:
Proven experience as a Shift Incharge or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of production processes and equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
