As a Production Supervisor, you will take charge of a production line or area, manage a group of operators, and guarantee high-quality, safe, and effective production by joining our well-established manufacturing team in Chennai. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production operators and helpers on a designated shift or production line in Chennai.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, targets, and quality standards.
Monitor production processes and identify and address any
issues or bottlenecks to maximize efficiency.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
Train and mentor production team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Qualification:
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.
Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting in India.
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
