Stimulate Creative Thinking Mechanical Engineer Is Required
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Use CAD software to produce intricate 2D engineering drawings and 3D models for mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems.
Technical Analysis: To ensure structural integrity and performance, simulate stress, heat transfer, and fluid flow using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
Material Selection: Consider cost-effectiveness, environmental factors, and mechanical qualities while evaluating and choosing suitable materials.
Manufacturing Support: Work together with the production team to build fixtures or jigs to increase efficiency, develop manufacturing procedures, and prepare a Bill of Materials (BOM).
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use methodical techniques to look
into equipment malfunctions or design defects and put long-term corrective engineering measures in place.
Project management: Ensure that engineering milestones are reached on time by overseeing project finances, schedules, and technical documentation.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
