Job Description
Who you are:
Make sure all workstations are sufficiently staffed by organizing the personnel and allocating jobs in accordance with the daily production plan. Keep track of real-time production progress in relation to hourly targets, and promptly address any variances. Make sure that operators are doing routine in-process inspections and that all items produced during the shift meet quality standards. Keep an eye on machine performance and work with the maintenance staff to quickly fix any technical issues or equipment malfunctions. Make sure that all team members wear the proper PPE and adhere to safe work practices by enforcing strict adherence
to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines. Control attendance, settle internal complaints, and give operators on-the-job training to raise their skill levels.
