Job Description
Are you a certified ITI Fitter with practical expertise in machine fitting, mechanical assembly, and preventative maintenance, and are you based in Chennai? Do you have a strong sense of quality, an eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and operational effectiveness in a manufacturing setting?
As an ITI Fitter, you will play a key part in our production uptime and product quality by assisting with the assembly, installation, and repair of our essential machinery and equipment. This job is a great way to put your fitting knowledge to use and advance your career in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Responsibilities:
Examine and correctly understand specifications, assembly guidelines, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
Assist the commissioning process by carrying
out preliminary inspections and modifications.
Replace worn-out or damaged components, including belts, couplings, seals, gears, and bearings.
Report any equipment issues or safety risks right once.
Report work progress and problems encountered in a clear and concise manner, either in writing or verbally.
Provide suggestions for improving efficiency and reducing waste.
Qualification:
basic knowledge of mechanical concepts and machine kinematics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for locating and fixing mechanical problems.
high level of detail-orientedness and dedication to accuracy and high-quality work.
Education: Any ITI Graduation
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
