Job Description
Are you a highly qualified and imaginative Design Engineer with a strong foundation in SolidWorks, a love for product design, and a track record of turning ideas into intricate, producible designs? You may be situated in Chennai.

As a SolidWorks Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the comprehensive draughting, 3D modelling, and conceptualisation of cutting-edge components and products. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work with others on innovative projects, apply your design experience, and directly contribute to the success of our product development.
Responsibilities:
From original ideas, sketches, or preexisting designs, use SolidWorks to create intricate 3D models of parts, assemblies, and
sub-assemblies.
Verify that all drawings follow the applicable internal draughting and industry standards.
Encourage the testing and prototyping process while adjusting the design in response to feedback and test findings.
Oversee engineering change orders (ECO) and requests (ECR).
Keep abreast of design best practices, industry trends, and the newest SolidWorks features.
Encourage the ongoing development of design tools and procedures.
Qualification:
Proficiency in applying Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing principles.
Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems for design data management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
