Your Duties:
Installation and Commissioning: Supervise the on-site calibration and setup of new equipment, making sure it satisfies safety and performance requirements.
Preventive Maintenance: To increase the equipment's lifespan, carry out planned service programs to check, lubricate, and replace worn parts.
Troubleshooting and Repair: To carry out quick on-site repairs, identify the underlying causes of equipment malfunctions utilizing specialist diagnostic equipment and technical documents.
Electrical and PLC Support: Troubleshoot motor drives, sensors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to
fix automation and control logic problems.
Customer Training: Educate client operators and maintenance personnel on safe machine operation and routine maintenance.
Technical Documentation: Keep thorough service records that document machine history, operating hours, and particular technical problems.
