Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
Requirements:
Monitor and inspect all stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct thorough quality control checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Identify and investigate quality issues, including defects, non-conformances, and deviations.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data.
Generate reports on product quality, performance,
and key performance indicators
Skills:
Quality Control Principles: Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
