Job Description
For our Graduate Engineer Trainee program in our Chennai manufacturing facility, we are looking for bright, driven, and enthusiastic BE graduates in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). With an emphasis on electrical, electronic, and automation components, this program aims to give students a thorough understanding of our manufacturing processes, machinery, and systems. You will obtain practical experience, be coached by seasoned engineers, and help with quality control, production optimisation, and maintenance support.
Responsibilities
To comprehend the entire production process, including material handling, assembly lines, testing, and packaging, participate in structured training.
Learn to read and understand equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and electrical
schematics.
Take part in root cause analysis, with an emphasis on electrical and electronic factors, for manufacturing flaws or equipment failures.
Under supervision, assist in creating technical documentation such as project reports, maintenance logs, and process flow charts.
To increase your practical knowledge, interact with seasoned engineers, technicians, and supervisors.
Skills:

strong ability to analyse and solve problems.
fundamental computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite.
