Job Description
Duties:
Line Assembly: Fit, bolt, or clip different pieces together on a fast-moving production line by following visual work instructions.
Utilize power and manual tools (such as pneumatic drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches) to fasten components in accordance with technical specifications.
Component Inspection: Verify that all incoming parts are 100% functional by looking for dents, scratches, or other flaws before using them.
Workplace Organization: Keep your workstation neat and orderly (5S) to guarantee safety and avoid misplacing or confusing parts.
Work closely with senior technicians to fulfill
daily production targets and master the assembly "cycle time" as part of process learning.
Focus Skills:
Manual dexterity: The capacity to move quickly and precisely while handling small objects and carrying out repetitive tasks.
Reading instruction: The ability to comprehend written "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) and basic diagrams.
Basic Math: The capacity to comprehend basic measurements and precisely count pieces.
Teamwork: A great desire to collaborate with the other members of the production batch and learn from others.
