Responsibilities:
Component Assembly: Acquire the skills necessary to assemble components in accordance with assembly designs using hand tools, power tools, and specialized fixtures.
SOP Adherence: To ensure uniformity and quality, strictly adhere to assembly checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Quality Inspection: To find flaws or missing parts throughout the assembly process, conduct basic visual inspections and make use of basic measuring instruments.
Material handling: Make sure the appropriate parts are available for
every stage of assembly by organizing and preparing parts at the workstation.
Safety Compliance: Comply with all shop floor safety regulations, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately and keeping your workstation tidy (5S).
Line Support: Help senior assemblers move completed goods to the testing or packing area and load and unload assembly jigs.
Required Skills:
Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle small components and tools with speed and accuracy.
Basic Technical Literacy: Ability to learn how to read simple technical drawings and measurement scales.
Attention to Detail: Focus on identifying small differences in parts to avoid assembly errors.
Teamwork: A cooperative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members.
