The effective running of assembly lines and manufacturing procedures is the responsibility of the Senior Engineer-Assembly & manufacturing, a crucial technical leadership position. Achieving daily production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational safety is the main focus of this role. Leading shop-floor teams, resolving complicated technical problems, and implementing process enhancements to cut down
on waste and cycle times are all expected of the Senior Engineer. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in workforce management, line balance, and the use of lean manufacturing concepts.
Key Skills:
strong technical foundation in assembly procedures.
expertise in TPM and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
the capacity to understand and comprehend assembly SOPs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and intricate engineering drawings.
