Job Description
Who you are:
Own and improve every step of the SMT process, including component placement, solder paste printing, reflow soldering, and AOI/SPI inspection. Lead efforts for continuous improvement to lower faults and increase the SMT lines' First Pass Yield (FPY). To handle complicated components, optimize the operational performance of critical SMT equipment, such as printer settings, nozzle utilization, feeder setup,
and reflow oven profiles. Analyze process variance and forecast possible failure causes using data from manufacturing execution systems (MES) and statistical process control (SPC). Junior engineers, technicians, and operators should be mentored and given advanced technical training on SMT best practices, process control, and troubleshooting.
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
