Sr Engineer The Conflict of Innovation and Accuracy
Job Description
Your Contribution:
SMT Process Management: Take charge of and maximize every step of the SMT process, such as component placement, solder paste printing, reflow soldering, and AOI/SPI inspection.
Yield Improvement: Promote continuous improvement programs to lower faults and increase the SMT lines' First Pass Yield (FPY).
Data Analysis: To assess process variance and forecast possible failure mechanisms, use data from manufacturing execution systems (MES) and statistical process control
(SPC).
Training: Teach junior engineers, technicians, and operators advanced technical skills in process control, troubleshooting, and SMT best practices.
IPC Standards: Verify that all SMT procedures and PCBA quality meet applicable industry standards, especially IPC-A-610.
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
