Sr Engineer Supporting Assembly Product Perfection
Job Description
What you do:
Line Design and Layout: Analyze, design, and implement optimal assembly line layouts, workstations, and material flow to maximize throughput and minimize waste, utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.
First Pass Yield (FPY): Drive initiatives to maximize First Pass Yield (FPY) by identifying process variations and improving operator training and tooling reliability.
Maintenance Liaison: Work closely with the Maintenance team
to define critical equipment parameters and develop effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for all assembly machinery.
Project Management: Lead engineering projects related to new product introduction (NPI) within the assembly area, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Experience: 3+ yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
