Sr Engineer Streamline Assembly Rules for Best Production
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process Flow: Using the concepts of ergonomics and lean manufacturing, design and create effective assembly procedures, layouts, and workstations.
Cycle Time Reduction: To decrease cycle time and boost throughput, examine existing assembly techniques, carry out thorough time studies, and put engineering solutions into practice.
Design for Assembly (DFA): Work closely with the NPD and Design Engineering teams to make sure that new products are made to be as easy to assemble and manufacture as possible.
Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and instruction on process best practices, quality standards, and technical
troubleshooting methods to junior engineers, technicians, and production staff.
Tooling Management: To ensure accuracy and durability, specify, design, and validate all assembly tools, fixtures, and gauging.
Soft Skills:
outstanding analytical, data-driven, and methodical problem-solving abilities.
strong project management and leadership skills for promoting cross-functional transformation.
Efficient communication for technical findings presentation and operator training.
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
