Sr Engineer Leader in Production Assembly Department
Job Description

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Design and construct efficient assembly processes, workstations, and layouts using the principles of ergonomics and lean manufacturing.
Examine current assembly methods, conduct comprehensive time studies, and implement engineering solutions to reduce cycle time and increase throughput.
Ensure that new products
are as simple to assemble and manufacture as feasible by collaborating closely with the NPD and Design Engineering teams.
Give junior engineers, technicians, and production employees advice and training on process best practices, quality standards, and technical troubleshooting techniques.
Specify, create, and validate all fixtures, gauging, and assembly tools to guarantee precision and longevity.
