Our goal is to maximise structural integrity, minimise rework, and attain mechanical assembly and fitment excellence.
What you will do:
Determining part dimensions and assembly order requires reading and correctly comprehending intricate mechanical blueprints, assembly drawings,
and specifications.
utilising power and hand tools to precisely fit, file, grind, and shape metal components to reach tight tolerances.
Using bolts, rivets, welding, or adhesive techniques to assemble intricate mechanical subassemblies and finished goods while making sure that components line up precisely.
utilising precise measurement tools to confirm that completed parts satisfy predetermined geometric and dimensional specifications.
Finding and reporting flaws in parts or assemblies, as well as supporting the process of troubleshooting and rework to satisfy quality requirements.
upholding Lean manufacturing principles by closely following safety procedures and keeping a tidy, orderly workstation.
