Your Duties:
Production Planning & Execution: Manage daily shifts to adhere to production schedules, making sure that parts are arranged correctly to reduce color changeover time.
Process Parameter Control: Keep an eye on and uphold ideal oven temperatures, conveyor speeds, air pressure, and paint flow rates.
Pretreatment Management: To guarantee that the substrate is ideal for paint adhesion, oversee the chemical cleaning and phosphating/chromating phases.
Application Optimization: Optimize "Transfer Efficiency" (reducing overspray) and obtain consistent coating thickness by fine-tuning robotic
or manual spray parameters.
Rework & Rejection Control: Analyze rejection patterns (dust, runs, or shades) and adopt prompt remedial actions to increase the yield.
Consumable Management: Track and optimize the utilization of paints, thinners, chemicals, and filters to lower the overall cost per unit.
