Job Description
For our fabrication/manufacturing team in Chennai, we are looking for a talented and committed MIG Welder. To create sturdy structures and assemblies that satisfy design requirements, you will be in charge of applying excellent and effective welds to a variety of metal components, mostly utilising the MIG welding method.
Responsibilities
Use a variety of welding processes to manage heat input, minimise distortion, and guarantee correct fusion.
Effective material preparation requires the use of instruments like jigs, clamps, and grinders.
Ascertain that every weld
satisfies required engineering criteria and quality standards.
Keep your workspace neat and orderly to reduce risks.
Any significant equipment issues or maintenance requirements should be reported right away to the supervisor.
Skills:
knowledge of various welding positions.
Outstanding hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
strong adherence to safety rules and high-quality construction.
Educational Qualification: Any ITI Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
