Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning: Take charge of the new machinery's on-site setup, which includes initial parameter configuration, electrical connections, assembling, and leveling.
Onsite troubleshooting reduces client downtime by identifying and fixing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues at customer locations.
Preventative Maintenance (PM): To guarantee long-term equipment dependability, visit customer locations to carry out planned service, software upgrades, and hardware inspections.
Customer Training: Provide instruction on machine operation, safety procedures, and routine daily maintenance to customer operators and maintenance personnel.
Service Reporting: Use Service CRM systems to record
all service visits, including parts replaced, work completed, and technical recommendations.
Recommendations for Spare Parts: To avoid future malfunctions and create after-sales income, determine and suggest the essential spare parts to clients.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
