To increase equipment uptime and reduce reactive repair costs, the industrial sector is quickly adopting predictive maintenance, remote diagnostics, and integrated IoT technologies. In order to provide proactive, high-value customer assistance and guarantee peak performance throughout the asset lifespan, the future requires Service Engineers that are not only field technicians but also solution consultants. They will do this by utilising digital tools, data analytics, and in-depth technical knowledge. Our goal is to be known for providing exceptional customer service that ensures operational excellence.

What you will do:
assuring seamless integration and initial operational readiness by installing, commissioning, and validating new equipment at client locations.
carrying out calibration

services and planned preventive maintenance (PM) to maximise equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
Using thorough drawings, diagnostic tools, and failure analysis methodologies to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot complicated electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or software issues on machinery.
supplying customer staff with thorough instruction and technical direction on safe procedures, regular maintenance, and equipment operation.
creating thorough service reports, precisely recording all repairs, the use of spare parts, the findings of failure analyses, and time logs in the service management system.
serving as a vital feedback loop for the engineering and quality teams, sharing customer insights and field failure data to promote ongoing improvements in product design and dependability.
