Responsibilities:
Design of the System Architecture: Describe the high-level hardware architecture, including computing units (FPGA, MCU, MPU), communication protocols (PCIe, USB 3.0, DDR4), and power distribution trees.
Advanced PCB Development: Take the lead in designing intricate, multi-layer, high-density PCBs (12+ layers) with an emphasis on thermal dissipation, blind/buried vias, and impedance control.
Signal & Power Integrity (SI/PI): In high-speed digital and sensitive analog systems, use sophisticated simulations and board-level analysis to guarantee signal quality and steady power delivery.
/>Compliance & Certification Strategy: The architect leads the technical response during official certification testing and designs to satisfy international regulatory requirements.
Mixed-Signal Expert Diagnostics: Debug "edge-case" hardware malfunctions, transient noise problems, and synchronization flaws in distributed systems using state-of-the-art lab equipment.
Required Skills:
Advanced EDA Mastery: Expertise in Mentor Xpedition, Cadence Allegro, or Altium Designer.
Proficiency in simulation: extensive knowledge of Ansys SIwave, HyperLynx, or LTspice for predictive modeling.
Firmware Awareness: A solid grasp of how hardware and software interact, including RTOS integration and low-level driver creation.
Project management: The capacity to oversee hardware development schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
