Senior CNC Programmer Knowledge of GDandT
Job Description
Your Contribution:
Accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to strict tolerances for intricate parts are ensured by precision program development, which involves designing, creating, and optimising CNC programs (G-code and M-code) for a variety of CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) using CAD/CAM software.
Process Innovation & Optimisation: Continually looking for methods to enhance machining procedures, cut down on cycle times, and optimise material use; simulating and testing programs to detect and fix possible problems.
Working along with CNC setters and manufacturing engineers, tooling and fixture design
input entails choosing the right tooling, creating efficient fixtures, and determining the best machining techniques for a range of materials and geometries.
Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement: assisting machine operators with technical problems, resolving shop floor program-related problems, and helping to standardise programming procedures and create best practices.
Experience: 7+ yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
