Seize responsibility as a Quality Engineer Efficiency
Job Description:
The Quality Engineer is in charge of making sure that every manufactured product satisfies customer expectations, safety requirements, and technical specifications. Designing and implementing quality control systems, finding manufacturing flaws, and promoting continuous improvement via data-driven analysis are the main responsibilities of this position. To avoid non-conformities and guarantee that the "Zero Defect" principle is included into the manufacturing process, you will collaborate closely with the design and production teams. A diligent individual with a solid understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and global quality standards such as ISO 9001 is the ideal candidate.

Key Duties:
Implementing Quality Standards: Create and preserve quality documents, such as Inspection Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Quality Manuals.
Statistical

Process Control (SPC): Use statistical methods to keep an eye on production processes, spot deviations, and make sure the process stays within predetermined control boundaries.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): To stop recurrence, conduct investigations into product malfunctions or customer complaints using techniques like the 5 Whys or Fishbone diagrams.
Supplier Quality Management: Manage Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and audit raw material suppliers to make sure every component satisfies business requirements.
Process Auditing: Conduct routine internal shop floor audits to make sure that ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (Automotive), or other industry-specific rules are being followed.
Continuous Improvement: To cut waste, boost yields, and maximize manufacturing efficiency, apply Lean Six Sigma techniques.

We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
