Job Description
Who you are:
Create and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspection plans, and quality control methods for the whole manufacturing line. Manage the phases of Final Quality Control (FQC), Incoming Quality Control (IQC), and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC). Use tools like 8D, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, and the Five Whys to lead inquiries into product failures or customer complaints. Monitor process capability and stability using statistical tools to spot patterns before they lead to non-conformities. Make sure the facility complies with industry-specific safety and quality standards and get it ready
for ISO audits. Teach the QC and production teams how to identify defects, use precise measuring instruments correctly, and be conscious of quality.
