Seeking Head for Maintenance to Lead Engineering
Job Description
Your Impact:
You will be in charge of organising, supervising, and maximising all maintenance tasks throughout our injection moulding plant. This entails managing the upkeep of robotics, injection moulding machines, auxiliary machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure. Ensuring maximum machine uptime, operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment that operates around the clock will be your main objective.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, put into practice, and constantly improve the injection moulding plant's entire maintenance plan in order to match it with corporate objectives, quality requirements, and production targets.
Oversee,
guide, and lead a multidisciplinary group of technicians, supervisors, and maintenance engineers.
Create and oversee the yearly maintenance budget, taking into account capital expenditures for maintenance projects, service contracts, consumables, and MRO spare parts.
Oversee incident investigations and safety audits.
What you Need:
Extensive experience with and strong proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems.
Excellent leadership, team management, coaching, and motivational abilities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
