Job Description:
Ensuring the greatest uptime and dependability of all manufacturing machinery and utility systems is the responsibility of the machine maintenance engineer. Your main objective is to reduce unscheduled downtime by implementing a thorough Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and quickly resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. You will supervise the condition of sophisticated industrial machinery, such as boilers, compressors, robotic arms, and CNC machines. The ideal applicant is a practical technical specialist who applies predictive
maintenance techniques by fusing high-level data analysis with "grease-under-the-fingernails" troubleshooting.
Key Skills:
Technical Versatility: Excellent understanding of electrical (VFDs, motors), mechanical (gears, bearings), and electronic (PLC, sensors) systems.
Diagnostic Tools: Expertise with PLC diagnostic software, thermal imagers, vibration analyzers, and multimeters.
Safety Mindset: Knowledge of high-voltage safety measures and "Lockout/Tagout" (LOTO) techniques.
Problem Solving: The capacity to carry out "Why-Why Analysis" in order to determine the systemic reason behind recurrent machine malfunctions.
