Job Description
To supervise and oversee operations during their assigned shift at our Chennai manufacturing facility, we are looking for a highly responsible, proactive, and results-driven shift incharge. As the principal point of contact for all operations during your shift, you will be in charge of making sure that the team works effectively, that quality standards are upheld, that production and service targets are fulfilled, and that safety procedures are rigorously adhered to. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and good communication are necessary for this position, which is essential for ongoing operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee the production line and all related tasks throughout the designated shift.
Oversee, inspire, and direct a group of technicians, operators, and production supervisors
during the shift.
Identify non-conformances, flaws, or departures from quality standards as soon as possible, report them, and start the remedial process.
Encourage a culture that prioritises safety during the shift.
Report all safety observations, mishaps, and near misses right away.
Implement containment measures for non-conforming products right away.
Skills:
Extremely well-organised, capable of multitasking and effective time management.
proactive, goal-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to get goals.
proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook from the Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE
Experience: 3+ yrs
