Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced TIG Welder to join our fabrication team in Chennai. You will be responsible for performing high-quality Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding on various metals, adhering to engineering drawings and specifications to produce precise and durable welds for our Industries
Responsibilities
As directed by the designs and requirements, perform TIG (GTAW) welding on a variety of metals, such as carbon steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.
Set up the welding apparatus, making sure to choose the right tungsten electrodes and shielding gases.
Check
for flaws in completed welds, such as porosity, fractures, and incomplete fusion.
Carry out routine welding equipment maintenance.
Respect all safety rules and guidelines when welding in Chennai.
Skills:
adept at TIG (GTAW) welding methods.
the capacity to read and decipher welding designs and symbols.
understanding of the various metals and how they weld.
knowledge of the safety precautions for welding.
Educational Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
