Job Description
Who you are:
To avoid unplanned failures, create and carry out thorough PM programs for transformers, motors, switchgear, and distribution panels. Investigate recurrent electrical problems thoroughly and put long-term technical fixes in place to stop them from happening again. PLCs, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and HMI interfaces are examples of automated control systems that require maintenance and troubleshooting. Manage captive power plants (DG Sets) and High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) power distribution systems. Oversee a group of electrical technicians by offering technical advice, scheduling shifts, and conducting performance
reviews. Keep essential spare parts on hand and work with outside suppliers to provide Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) or specialty repairs.
