Job Description

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Production Planning and Execution: Follow daily production plans for stamped components while making the most use of available machinery and personnel.
Process optimization includes lowering "scrap and rework" rates, preserving part quality, and tracking and improving "Strokes Per Minute" (SPM).
Die Setup & Trial: Oversee the "First-Piece Approval" procedure during batch changes, as well as the installation and setup of progressive, compound, and draw dies.
Root Cause Analysis of Defects: Identify and fix common urgent flaws like wrinkles, burrs, cracks, and "spring-back" problems.
Maintenance for Press Machines: Verify
the dependability of power presses and press brakes; keep an eye on lubrication systems and tonnage monitors to avoid catastrophic tool or machine failure.
Safety and Compliance: Implement stringent safety measures, such as "No-Finger-in-Die" rules, light curtain operation, and the need that personal protective equipment (PPE) be used.
