In order to guarantee that goods fulfill strict customer and regulatory criteria, the QMS Engineer in the injection molding sector is in charge of creating, putting into practice, and maintaining a strong quality framework. Your main goal is to maintain the integrity of the whole production process, from the grains of raw materials to the final plastic component. You will oversee documentation for certifications (such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949), lead internal audits, and promote continuous improvement by using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify flaws like warping, flashing,
or short shots. A meticulous engineer who can bridge the gap between corporate compliance and shop floor technicalities is the ideal candidate.
Key Skills:
Technical expertise: a thorough comprehension of the injection molding procedure, including machine settings, mold upkeep, and polymer behavior.
Knowledge of Standards: Expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
Analytical Tools: Proficiency with Excel or Minitab for trend analysis and statistical data analysis.
Solving problems: Excellent logical ability to link changes in machine settings to variations in the quality of the finished output.
