Your Duties:
Quality Planning (APQP/PPAP): Oversee the submission of Production Part Approval procedure (PPAP) documents for new or modified goods and oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) procedure.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use the 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone approaches to help cross-functional teams address quality problems and stop them from happening again.
QMS Management: Uphold and enhance the Quality Management System in accordance with regulations.
FMEA Coordination: To proactively identify and reduce risks, create and update Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) records.
/>Supplier Quality: Work along with the procurement team to monitor Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR), audit suppliers, and set quality standards.
Measurement System Analysis (MSA): To guarantee that all measurement tools and techniques yield correct and dependable data, conduct gauge R&R studies.
