Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Process Validation & Monitoring: Ensure that production strictly adheres to the validated process window (hold time, injection pressure, and melt temperature).
Dimensional Metrology: Manage precise measurements with CMM, VMM, and special gauges to confirm part dimensions in accordance with GD&T specifications.
Defect Analysis & Troubleshooting: Determine and classify molding flaws, such as jetting, warping, sink marks, or silver streaks, and conduct root-cause studies.
NPI & PPAP Execution: Oversee the creation of Control Plans, PFMEAs, and complete PPAP documentation as well as the quality component of New Product Introduction (NPI).
Non-Conforming Material (MRB): Oversee the Material Review Board (MRB) procedure
to determine whether rejected lots should be scrapped, reworked, or used as-is.
Gauge R&R/MSA: Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to make sure that operators and inspection equipment deliver accurate, consistent data.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
