Quality Engineer Innovation in the Industrial Profession
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Quality Planning: Prior to the start of mass production, you will take the lead in creating Control Plans and FMEAs to "proof" our procedures against probable hazards.
Metrology & Validation: To ensure that each "first-off" part satisfies all of the customer's technical requirements, you will use high-precision tools such as profile projectors, VMMs, and CMMs.
Statistical Control: You will use SPC to track the "health" of our production runs, spotting weight or dimension trends before they become unmanageable.
Root Cause Analysis: You will take the lead in the 8D or 5-Why analysis to determine the root cause and put permanent correction measures in place when a fault such as "warpage" or "sink marks" is
found.
Supplier & Customer Liaison: As the technical spokesperson for quality, you will address issues with material suppliers and guarantee that our clients receive goods that go above and beyond their expectations.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
